Why Upgrade to a Radiant 2000?

Retailers tell us that the majority of their prior charcoal clients immediately prefer the Radiant 2000 taste over charcoal once the retailer upgrades to a Radiant. Most retailers find it hard to come to grips with the fact that the Radiant produces both low volumes and high volumes at around 7 cents per size 16 chicken. The shrinkage of the Radiant 2000 cooked chicken is the lowest of any chicken cooking processes worldwide. Charcoal cooked chickens generally shrink far less than electric & gas barrel type rotisserie cooked ones - yet both are prone to extremely high levels of shrinkage under certain circumstances. Because the Radiant seals the food faster than any other method, there is less shrinkage with the end product - and remember, it also tastes better and is more succulent. In fact, both systems allow for spits to be cooked to suit the needs of your clients. To be economical, gas and electric barrel rotisseries require a full load (of 36 chickens) to be cooked at one time. Spits cannot be added and removed as needed simply because the excessive heat in the barrel will not allow this.

Alternately, using the Radiant can significantly minimise this amount by as much as 90% (or more).
